Returns & Refund
- Your return of the Purchase (hereafter as “the Return”) due to quality, packed wrongly or product lost, the Buyer shall take three types of photo; ie. front view, top view and bottom view of the Purchase (hereafter as “the Photos”) and proof of purchase (hereafter as “the Receipt”) and inform our Customer Care electronically.
- The Buyer must report to our Customer Care about the Purchase with photos of original packing condition and the Receipt within 24 hours (hereafter as “return period”) or immediately upon receive your parcel. Beyond the return period, we reserve the right not to accept and refund of the Return to the Buyer.
- Our Customer Care will examine the Return within three (3) working days and either approve or reject of the Return shall under their discretion without explanation.
- We shall not be liable for any claims, rebate or return of the Purchase if the Buyer not purchase from this Site.
- Refund will be processed after approved by our Customer Care and such refund will be transferred or online banking to the Buyer’s bank account.
