Being a registered member in the Member Account, you as the Buyer will enjoy our special promotion or offer from time to time.
The delivery will be handed by our courier partner(s) and the delivery area strictly limit to Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Shah Alam, Klang or within 25km radius from the business address at Lot 28, Jalan Penyair U1/44, Temasya Industrial Park, Glenmarie, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
All deliveries require two (2) working days advance notice, not within the same day of your purchase. We will arrange delivery on the third working days excluding Sunday and Public Holiday. Assuming you order on Friday, the delivery will be arranged on Monday.
Our product will be packed with an aluminium foil bag. It is under our discretion whether we will provide an ice pack or dry ice for the delivery.
After received our products, all frozen products must keep at -18° C or below immediately and not refrigerated.
A standard delivery fee of RM15 will be charged per shipment but limit to radius 25 Km from the business address at Lot 28, Jalan Penyair U1/44, Temasya Industrial Park, Glenmarie, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Additional fee of RM10 for extra Km or RM25 per shipment and limit to radius 45Km from our business address. The delivery fee subject to change without further notice.
The Buyer will pay to our courier agent due to additional waiting time of 40 sen per minute if the Buyer unable to collect the purchase within the first eight (8) minutes upon arrival. Change of delivery location or wrong address will be charged as a new delivery address and the Buyer shall pay to the courier agent accordingly
Our courier agent will impose 50% cancellation fee after the order have been accepted by the Company. Change of delivery location or wrong address will be charged as a new delivery address and the Buyer shall pay to the courier agent accordingly.
Unsuccessful delivery due to wrong address, unreachable for more than 8 minute or no receiver at the time of our delivery, our courier agent will impose a surcharge of RM30/- for returned the purchase to the Company. Then, subsequent delivery will be charged as a new delivery address.
We will not provide the Tax Invoice unless requested by the Buyer. Upon request, the Tax Invoice will be email to the Buyer.
Once we have received your order and full payment, an email will be auto generated and sent to your email Inbox. If you do not receive, please check your Spam or Junk folder too.
Without the Buyer’s approval, we will not disclose your information (the Buyer’s information) to the receiver. In order to avoid recipient not available for receiving their gift, please provide reachable mobile number for coordination.
Unsuccessful delivery due to wrong address, unreachable for more than 3 minute or no receiver at the time of our delivery, our courier agent will impose a surcharges of RM30/- for second delivery.
Our courier agent will take necessary action either to get the recipient to sign on behalf of the Buyer that has received the order or / and take a photograph of the recipient with the product.
We deliver from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and Public Holiday.
